Eskimo Club Program Year Starting!
Welcome to a new year for the Eskimo Club! The purpose of the Club is to promote fellowship among the men and women of the Church, and to further the interests of the Church.
We meet on the first Wednesday of the month, from October through May. Each meeting includes some gathering time, a quick business meeting, a wonderful meal, and either a presentation or some entertainment. You do not need to be a member of the Church to participate and join the Club.
Throughout the year, the Eskimos participate in the life of the Church by grilling at the annual church picnic, running the Cookie and Fudge sale, collecting donations for the Emergency Food Pantry, and other activities.
Please join us for our first meeting of the year. We will gather on Wednesday, October 2, at 6:15 p.m., in Guptill Hall. We’ll enjoy a wonderful pork roast dinner, talk about our new meal program, and discuss progress towards a new club name. Our very special presenter will be Peter Allen, Fitness Director and Personal Trainer at Basics Gym.
The cost of the meal is $15. If you are not on our regular call list, you must make a reservation by calling Rich Mead (807-4663) or Scott Berry (767-0236). The deadline for making a reservation is 6 p.m. on Monday, September 30.
See you there!
