OLD AND CONTINUING BUSINESS
2015 finished with budget surplus. December reports indicate surplus of $42,280. Nancy reported that pending adjustments will reduce the EOY surplus to about $30,000.
Reconciliation of Bank Statements: Ellie Chatto will no longer be available to review bank statements after February. Beth will ask Ron Bennett if he would take over this responsibility. If not, a request will be put into the Beacon.
Kitchen Rentals: To address concern about renters leaving kitchen clean and orderly, Nancy developed a checklist outlining their responsibilities and discussed the issue with Ancestral Path. It was well received. Tom reports that clean-up is much improved. The checklist will be a standard for future renters.

HOUSE SUBCOMMITTEE REPORT
329/331 COTTAGE ROAD: Tom Conlon received a quote from Home Snuggers to add insulation – exterior walls $6995, attic $2400. He is getting a proposal from Horizon Energy Services to survey premises to quantify and rate sources of heat loss to support a cost/benefit evaluation.
SECURITY – “PANIC” BUTTONS: Three more panic buttons were added to the security system and given to staff members.
STEEPLE: Tom Conlon inspected steeple after last rain storm and believes that the windows are the source of the leaks. Situation will continue to be monitored, need for repair or replacement evaluated, costs estimated and timing recommended. Action may be proposed for this summer.
